LIS Customer Service Scholarship

Customer service is always a priority for us, and we expect every member of our team to deliver this to a high level.

This has caused us to launch our first ever customer service scholarship award.

The contest is open to college students who understand why customer service is so important and why as a business you should provide a positive experience to every customer. We want each applicant to explain in an essay why customer service is so important, also looking at how businesses often fail to deliver good customer service and how they could tackle this problem to improve in this specific area.

Customer Service Scholarship winner

The winner of best essay as judged by us will be awarded with $500 which they will be free to spend on furthering their education.

Are you eligible for the Customer Service Scholarship?

This scholarship is only open to students currently attending College, University, trade school or high school.

How do we judge essay entries?

Your essay will be assessed on multiple different criteria, including clarity and creativity. The most important factor you will be assessed on is the quality of leadership you display.

Submitting your application

Your essay must be no longer than two thousand words, with the topic being the importance of customer service. Entrants are expected to lay out why customer service is important in their opinion and ways in which businesses can improve in this area. Customer service scholarship deadline

This scholarship opportunity takes place once a year, with the deadline for submissions being the 15th of June. The winner will be chosen on 30th of June.
