How we became Master Craftsman

Applicants to the Guild have to submit a number of confidential references from satisfied customers. They are each asked a number of questions related to our service which they are able to answer freely and independently. Once these references have been completed and submitted directly to the Guild, their council of management conduct a full review while ensuring the business fully meets the rest of the set criteria.

Only once this process is completed will the Guild make their final decision, and our approval means we are now officially certified as master of our craft. London Interior Shutters are now part of a trade association that represents 400 exclusive crafts, trades and professions. We constantly strive to provide excellence in every aspect of our business, from the bespoke shutters we design through to the customer care we provide.

Once accepted by the Guild our membership is not guaranteed for life. Our work will constantly be assessed to ensure we maintain the same exceptionally high standards that has seen us recognised so far. This is a commitment we promise to uphold as providing customer satisfaction plays an integral role in everything we do.
